Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By making a payment or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Key points: Service 1 (The Plan) โ no contract, no refunds once delivered. Service 2 (Plan + Editing) โ 3-month minimum commitment, no refunds once a month has started.
1. About us
Lotus Digital Flow is a social media content service for Thai massage shops across the UK, operated by Priya (trading as Lotus Digital Flow). Contact: priya@lotusdigitalflow.com.
2. Our services
Service 1 โ The Plan (ยฃ200, one-off)
A personalised 3-month social media content plan for your shop. Includes: 20 video ideas per month (hook, caption, hashtags, trending sound), a posting schedule, filming guide, and WhatsApp support throughout your 3 months. Month 2 and Month 3 plans are delivered automatically.
Service 2 โ Plan + Editing (ยฃ600/month)
Monthly content creation service. You film 2 minutes of footage twice a month and we edit it into 20 ready-to-post short videos, complete with captions, hooks, trending sounds, and hashtags. Includes a monthly filming brief and WhatsApp support.
3. Payment
- Service 1 payments are processed via Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Service 2 payments are billed monthly. The first month is due upfront. Subsequent months are billed on the same date each month.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
4. Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on either service.
Service 1 (The Plan): Once your content plan has been delivered, no refunds are issued. This is a digital product delivered in full at the time of completion. If we have not yet begun work on your plan and you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of payment.
Service 2 (Plan + Editing): Monthly payments are non-refundable once the month has started and work has begun. If you have paid for a month and wish to cancel before work begins for that month, contact us immediately at priya@lotusdigitalflow.com.
5. Minimum commitment โ Service 2
Service 2 (Plan + Editing) requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. This is because social media results take 90 days to compound โ one month provides insufficient data to assess performance.
- You commit to a minimum of 3 monthly payments.
- After your first 3 months, the service becomes rolling monthly.
- To cancel from month 4 onwards, provide 30 days written notice via WhatsApp or email.
- Early cancellation within the 3-month minimum period does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made.
6. What you agree to provide
Service 1: You agree to provide your business name, city, social media handles (if you have them), and any specific preferences or focus areas for your content plan.
Service 2: You agree to film and send us approximately 2 minutes of footage twice per month as outlined in your filming brief. Late or missing footage will delay that month's deliverables โ we are not liable for delays caused by late submission of footage.
7. Delivery timelines
- Service 1: Your first content plan will be delivered within 7 working days of payment.
- Service 2: Edited videos will be delivered within 5 working days of receiving your footage.
These are target timelines. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay.
8. Intellectual property
Content plans, video ideas, captions, and edited videos created for you are yours to use for your business. You may not resell or redistribute our content plans or strategies to third parties.
You retain ownership of all footage you film and send to us. By sending footage, you grant us permission to edit it and use it solely for the purpose of delivering your service.
9. Results disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific results (such as follower counts, views, or bookings) from our services. Social media performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, the consistency with which you post content, and market conditions in your area. Our content plans and editing are based on best practices and real data โ but results vary.
10. Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for posting content on your own accounts. We do not post on your behalf unless specifically agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for ensuring any content you post complies with TikTok, Instagram, and any other platform's terms of service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any footage you send to us (e.g. permission from staff or clients who appear in videos).
11. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, content strategies, or results with other clients or third parties without your consent. We may use anonymised results (e.g. "a Thai massage shop in Birmingham got 358K views") for marketing purposes โ we will always ask permission before naming your business specifically.
12. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you in connection with these services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue or profit.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
